Actor Illayathapathy Vijay starring movie "Thuppaki" which is all set to release this Diwali and the first trailer had been pallened to released on Vijay's Birthday. But a case was filed against the movie name "Thuppaki" and the Logo by Ravi.
According to the case the movie name Kalla Thuppaki and the pictorial representation of the logo is registered by Ravi on 2009.
According to his statement it should not be used in any other movies. The trail started and the final judgement was expected on July 26th but it was postponed to August 1st. According to the statement by the Judge, as court wants more time to collect the data, so the final hearing will be on August 1st.
Lets wait for the Glorious Thuppaki or Some other name?
